Classroom Behavior Note
This is a behavior note you could use in your classroom. This is a way to keep data about specific behaviors occurring in the classroom. In my classroom the students who are struggling with behaviors try to earn points throughout the day. They get aren't earning anything with the particular system, they just have a goal in mind. They get a face in their planner depending on the number of points. This also allows me to tell parents specific behaviors that occur. I also find myself realizing that behaviors are occurring more frequently than I originally thought. If you need the note to have different headings, comment and let me know.
